Kanasu — meaning "dream" in Kannada — began in 2019 as one family's vision to bring the purest, freshest mushrooms to Karnataka's tables. What started on a modest 2-acre plot has blossomed into a thriving organic farm trusted by over 500 homes and 50+ restaurants across the state.
